Basic Tips:

Make sure you only spin to hit milestone rewards, If you can't hit the milestone rewards don't use any extra spins. Milestone rewards are at: 5, 15, 35, 70, and 120 spins.
For a F2P player, 35 spins is the sweetspot. Try to do 35 spins every roulette and no more or less. At 1,500 gems a spin, this is 52,500 gems every 2 weeks you will need to save. Try to do a minimum of 15 spins per event if you can't do 35.
5 Spins – 1.54 shards/spin
15 Spins – 1.65 shards/spin
35 Spins – 1.69 shards/spin [Best Return]
70 Spins – 1.63 shards/spin
120 Spins – 1.67 shards/spin
